Gwynt Glas Offshore Wind Farm Limited (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) whose registered office is Alexander House, 1 Mandarin Road, Rainton Bridge Business Park, Houghton le Spring operates and maintains this Site for your information and communication.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English and Welsh law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
